Embossed Cylindrical Vase

This stately vessel features a rich and velvety jade luster glaze contrasted by a series of interlocking brick embossments. I enjoy employing the smoke of the reduction process to interact with the unglazed textures on my work. This effect typically pairs well with the lusters and crackles associated with my raku.
